Videogame Environment Design

The Project

This was my first environment design project for videogame design Master Degree. The set had to be a temple with several rooms and styles. The set design was focused in two different ways: The environment that generates gameplay and the gameplay that needs a particular environment.

There were a lot of sources of inspiration, in order to generate spaces that remind the viewer of places he knows, but at the same time creating a whole new atmosphere. Space dimensions where studied to increase the sense of anxiety or inmensity and give the player a slight idea of what he has to do in each case.
